Mine Sekmen joins Hourani as Counsel

Mine Sekmen has joined Hourani & Partners as Counsel in the Corporate team. Mine brings a wealth of experience as a corporate and commercial transactions attorney, with expertise in both civil and common law jurisdictions.

 
In her role, Mine will represent clients across a diverse spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate governance issues with a focus on the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey.

Prior to joining Hourani, Mine gained extensive experience at several prestigious international law firms in the USA and Turkey, including Baker McKenzie, DLA Piper, and Dentons, where she developed specialized experience advising start-ups and early-stage companies.
