Hourani advises Delivery Hero on its HungerStation acquisition in Saudi Arabia

Hourani & Partners advised Delivery Hero on the acquisition of the outstanding minority shareholdings representing 37% in HungerStation Holding Limited, the sole shareholder of HungerStation Company Limited in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Delivery Hero is one of the world’s leading online food ordering and food delivery companies with presence in over 70 countries across four continents.

HungerStation is the market leader in online food delivery in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Following the buy-out, Partner Rudolf Goldschmidt was appointed as a board member of HungerStation Holding Limited, reflecting the trust and confidence built through Hourani’s strategic counsel to Delivery Hero over the past decade.

The Hourani team representing Delivery Hero on this acquisition was led by Partner Rudolf Goldschmidt, with support from Julia Snyder and Reef Hourani.
