Hourani advises ADNOC Distribution in its acquisition of 15 service stations in Saudi Arabia

Hourani & Partners advised ADNOC Distribution (ADNOC) in its acquisition of 15 service stations from First Mazaya Fuel Company, bringing its total to 17 stations across Saudi Arabia. The acquisition, valued at AED 36.7m ($10.2m), represents a key milestone in ADNOC’s ambitious growth strategy.

ADNOC is the UAE’s largest fuel and convenience retailer, which is listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). ADNOC boasts a total network of 840 service stations, of which 597 are located in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

First Mazaya Fuel Company is a Saudi based company which operates and manages more than 140 gas stations across Saudi Arabia.

The transaction was led by Partners Chadi Hourani, Salim Sader, and Amgad Husein, with support from Sophia Niazi, Mohammed Zarei, Tarek Moghabghab, and Salman Alhamrani.
