Zeïneb Bouraoui joins Hourani as Senior Associate in Dispute Resolution Team

Zeïneb Bouraoui has joined Hourani & Partners as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. Zeïneb’s legal career has been shaped by extensive experience in investor-state and commercial arbitration, where representation has been provided to sovereign states, state-owned entities, and multinational corporations under ICSID, ICC, and LCIA rules.

Zeïneb expertise has been developed across industries such as energy, infrastructure, financial services, telecommunications, and defense. She also has significant experience working with international organizations such as the OECD in Paris and the EBRD in London, where she focused on investment treaty policies and international dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Hourani, Zeïneb practiced at a leading international law firm in Paris. She has also worked with global organizations, including the OECD in Paris and the EBRD in London. Zeïneb received her LL.M. from Harvard Law School. She also earned a Master’s in Economic Law cum laude, and Bachelor of Arts in Law from Sciences Po in France.
