Hourani advises Investcorp Saudi in the acquisition of a majority stake in NourNet

Hourani & Partners has advised Investcorp Saudi Pre-IPO Growth Fund LP in the acquisition of a majority stake in Nour Internet for Communication and Information Technology Company (“NourNet”), through an auction process. This marks the second transaction that Hourani has advised.

 
Investcorp is a global investment manager specializing in alternative investments including private equity, real estate insurance asset management etc. Over the past year Investcorp has made notable strides in expanding its portfolio, as of June 2022 the firm’s asset management reached $42.7b.

NourNet is one of Saudi Arabia’s largest pure-play providers of connectivity and information and communication technology.

The transaction was led by Partner Salim Sader with support from Mohammed Zarei*, Khalid Alhamdan*, Salman Alhamrani*, Julia Snyder and Ellen Ray.
