Al Maliki Group is one of the largest Saudi Arabian retailers in the luxury fashion and lifestyle industry, The strategic joint ventures further bolsters the group’s position in the luxury market within Saudi Arabia.

Hourani & Partners provided comprehensive legal support throughout the negotiation and establishment of the joint ventures, navigating cross-border and multi-jurisdictional considerations spanning Italy, Switzerland, the UAE, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
