Clients on our capital markets transactions have ranged from public and private companies, private equity firms, government-related entities, and investment banks, among others.

Representative Capital Markets transactions include:

  • Advising Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company in connection with its rights issue on the Saudi Stock Exchange
  • Advising Alinma Investment in connection with the structuring and listing its $300 million Alinma Short Maturity Sukuk Bond ETF on the Saudi Stock Exchange
  • Advising Al Bayan Group Holding Company in connection with its RM1bn Sukuk Programme – the first Malaysian Ringgit Sukuk Programme to be established by a Saudi corporate issuer
  • Advising the issuer, National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj), in connection with the issuance of new shares in Zoujaj as a publicly listed Saudi company and concurrent acquisition of shares in Saudi and UAE companies
  • Advising the underwriters in connection with Middle East Specialised Cables Company’s rights issue, the first offering of its kind at the time under the newly implemented preferential rights/rump offering regime adopted by the CMA
  • Advising the issuer, Hail Cement Company, in connection with the initial public offering of its shares on the Saudi Stock Exchange
  • Advising the issuer, Al Jazira Takaful Ta’awuni, in connection with the initial public offering of its shares on the Saudi Stock Exchange
