Katlego Lebea joins Hourani as Senior Associate in the Corporate & M&A Team

Katlego is a seasoned corporate lawyer with over a decade of post-qualification experience, advising on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and commercial transactions across Africa and the Middle East. His career spans high-value mandates in financial services, energy, infrastructure, healthcare, technology, and consumer goods, with a consistent focus on commercial execution and legal precision.

Katlego has worked on strategic investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, and legal due diligence for clients ranging from multinational groups to investment vehicles. He also has experience advising on governance, compliance, and regulatory structuring across various jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Hourani, Katlego held senior in-house and private practice roles, including as Senior Legal Director at a leading food and beverage group in the GCC and at a top-tier South African law firm.
