Hourani advises Rahaal in strategic logistics acquisition

Ltd is a prominent provider of industry-specific logistics, shipping, and freight services across multiple regions, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Lebanon. With a comprehensive suite of services encompassing customs brokerage and insurance solutions for sea, land, and air shipments, Overseas Development Co. Ltd has established itself as a key player in the logistics sector.
