Ali Sikander has joined Hourani & Partners as a Senior Associate in the Corporate team.

Ali is a dual-qualified (New York and England & Wales) corporate attorney whose practice spans a wide range of cross-border corporate transactional matters, with a focus on M&A, private investments, and capital markets in the Middle East, Europe, and North America. With extensive experience advising private equity sponsors, issuers, and investment banks, Ali is well-versed in US and European securities law matters related to complex, cross-border corporate financing.

Prior to joining Hourani, Ali worked at distinguished international law firms in London and New York, including Curtis, Linklaters, and Debevoise & Plimpton.
