As Chief Financial Officer, Ziad leads the Business Finance function within Hourani & Partner and is a member of the firm’s Finance and Human Resources Committees. Ziad oversees the firm’s financial management, reporting and control processes, tax compliance, digital transformation of the finance function, and is involved in strategic and business planning.

Prior to joining Hourani & Partner in January 2021, Ziad was Advisor to the CEO of Group CIS, a firm engaged in the distribution and integration of information and communication technology (ICT) products and services in the Near-East and Africa. Over the course of his career, he served as Senior Director of Finance, HR & Legal Operations with NavLink (an AT&T affiliated company), and CFO with Nestle Waters France based in Algeria.

Ziad began his career at Deloitte France and holds an MBA from the Lebanese American University in Beirut.
