Saeed is a US qualified attorney whose experience involves working on a variety of corporate and finance-related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, cross border trade agreements, commercial contracts, and regulatory affairs. After earning his law degree in the United States, Saeed joined a renowned law firm in Washington, D.C., where his responsibilities included conducting comprehensive legal research on cross-border issues, with a particular focus on matters pertaining to the MENA region. Prior to joining the firm, Saeed worked at the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Riyadh and acted as Legal Counsel for a business group, where he provided legal advice on a wide range of business-related matters, most notably contract negotiations and deal closing of foreign investments.
