Saeed is a US-qualified attorney whose experience involves working on a variety of corporate and finance-related matters, including corporate transaction due diligence, cross boarder trade agreements, commercial contracts and regulatory affairs. After receiving his law degree in the United States, Saeed worked for a prominent immigration law firm in Washington DC, where he helped draft legal memoranda and conducted extensive research on cross boarder immigration matters involving the MENA region. Prior to joining the firm, Saeed joined the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration in Riyadh where he acted as Legal Counsel for a business group in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Saeed’s experience includes advising and assisting clients on:
- Corporate restructuring and merger and acquisitions transactions with respect to legal due diligence and the transactional closing process

- Various financing and commercial agreements such as distribution agreements, joint venture agreements security and financing arrangements, and loan agreements
- The establishment and licensing of foreign companies in Saudi Arabia across a range of sectors and industries
