Rosie oversees all aspects of the firm’s day-to-day operations including admin and support, facilities management, vendor procurement, as well as legal operation functions, including reporting, knowledge library, staff training and development, and systems enhancement. In her role Rosie manages the support staff personnel across the firm’s various offices. In addition, Rosie works closely with the firm’s partners and senior management to oversee and execute strategic projects related to the firm’s growth and expansion.

Rosie possesses over 19 years of legal industry experience. Prior to joining Hourani & Partners, she worked in various legal support functions at prominent international law firms including Dentons LLP and Hogan Lovells.
