Noreen is a senior professional who heads up the firm’s HR Department. Her main focus is on aligning organizational strategy within the firm’s culture, people, and systems. Her primary driver is to ensure that the leadership vision is reflected in the organization whilst simultaneously allowing for growth and sustainability.

Noreen has a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion and is recognized by colleagues as having a strong work ethic underpinned by astute problem-solving skills.

Noreen started her career as a Legal PA working in Ireland and then in Jersey, Channel Islands working for an international law firm. She is CIPD qualified. Noreen’s professional strengths stem from her broad experience acquired during her various roles spent in a broad array of industry sectors including Banking, Aviation, Oil & Gas and Healthcare.
