Mahmoud Hamed is an Associate at Hourani & Partners’ Dispute Resolution practice. He represents corporates, multinationals, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals in complex domestic and cross-border disputes spanning commercial, civil, employment and financial matters. Mahmoud regularly advises on matters before UAE onshore courts at all levels and arbitral tribunals governed by the DIFC-LCIA, DIAC and ICDR Rules. Over his career Mohamed has worked across a range of industries, including TMT, healthcare, international trade, real estate, and banking.

• A high-net-worth individual in an employment dispute against a global technology company, securing a favorable judgment awarding end-of-service entitlements.
