Konstantinos is a US and UK qualified attorney who focuses primarily on corporate and commercial matters. He advises an array of clients including private equity firms, venture capital firms, corporates, and other financial sponsors and alternative capital providers on a range of transactions including acquisitions, equity investments and co-investments, disposals and other corporate transactional matters. In addition Konstantinos regularly advises clients on a variety of commercial agreements, including joint ventures, franchise, licensing and distribution agreements.

Prior to joining Hourani & Partners, Konstantinos practiced at several international law firms in the UK including CMS and White & Case.

• A leading provider of energy and environmental solutions with a strategic equity investment by a private equity and infrastructure firm that specializes in industrial decarbonization investments
• An international private equity firm in the sale of its majority stake in a Saudi Arabian industrial contracting company
• An online ski holiday provider on its acquisition of a Ski School
• On of a joint venture between an investment asset manager and the Development Bank of the Welsh Government for two projects to build several schools in Wales
• On the merger of two major railway companies in Europe
• A leading private equity sponsor on a bolt-on acquisition of a manufacturer of medical devices
