As Head of Business Development and Marketing, Jeanne-Sophie steers Hourani & Partners’ direction for client development and growth, marketing, public relations, business development, marketing technology, and international relations with peer law firms. She works closely with the firm’s leadership and partners to shape and implement strategies that strengthen key client relationships, enhance the firm’s market profile across the Middle East region and internationally, and support sustainable, client-centric growth across practices and sectors. Jeanne-Sophie also ensures that all business development and marketing activity is aligned with the firm’s broader business objectives.

Prior to joining Hourani & Partners, Jeanne-Sophie spent over 15 years in senior business development and marketing roles with leading regional and international law firms in the Middle East and Europe. She established and led integrated business development and marketing functions, introduced data-driven tools and dashboards, and designed partner development and key client programmes. Jeanne-Sophie is an active member of the global law firm business development and marketing community and is the co-founder of BOOST BDM, a platform dedicated to advancing business development and marketing excellence in law firms.

Originally from France, she is a native French speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
