Mohamed El Sherbini has joined Hourani & Partners as a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team. Mohamed brings over ten years of experience in handling complex legal disputes, both locally and internationally, with a focus on arbitration and litigation. His expertise spans industries such as construction, aviation, oil and gas, telecommunications, and real estate, making him a versatile addition to the team.

Mohamed has successfully guided clients through high-stakes cases in UAE onshore courts, DIFC Courts, and international arbitration forums. His work includes advising on commercial disputes involving employment, banking, insolvency, and regulatory matters, as well as representing clients in aviation law and World Trade Organization investigations.

His in-depth understanding of UAE legal procedures, combined with strong relationships with regulatory bodies, allows Mohamed to offer clients strategic, commercially focused representation in an increasingly complex business environment.
